WELCOME RECEPTION no longer available

Monday, January 23 The Welcome Reception is an opportunity for registered attendees to network and mingle prior to the first day of the conference. As the exclusive sponsor, you may provide additional signage suitable for display in the reception area. Your logo will be printed on all schedules showing the Welcome Reception, as well as on event signage displayed during the event. You will receive additional sponsor recognition on the conference website and in the official conference program. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each attendee. We will work with you to make it a truly special evening with great visibility!

AWARDS BANQUET SPONSOR no longer available

Tuesday, January 24 Be the first to welcome attendees to the Awards Banquet as the exclusive sponsor of this distinguished event. You will receive two additional Awards Banquet tickets for non-registered guests, and a representative of your company will be invited to welcome attendees via brief remarks. Additionally, signage produced by Water for Texas management will include your logo and be prominently displayed at the Awards Banquet. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each banquet attendee.

VISUAL TEXAS $6,000 exclusive sponsorship

Enrich the Water for Texas experience by sponsoring the highly interactive Visual Texas display. Visual Texas provides an immersive Google Earth experience that can transport participants anywhere in the world in seconds. As the exclusive sponsor of the display, your company's logo will be included on signage and within the conference program.

AWARDS BANQUET COCKTAIL RECEPTION SPONSOR no longer available

Tuesday, January 24 Held before the Awards Banquet, this reception will serve as a gathering location and networking event for conference attendees and special guests. As the reception's sponsor, you may provide additional signage suitable for display in the reception area. Your logo will be printed on all schedules showing the Awards Banquet Reception, as well as on event signage displayed during the event.

NAMETAG LANYARDS no longer available

High visibility! Place your company logo on nametag holders that will be worn by all attendees throughout the conference. Water for Texas will select, purchase, and produce the lanyards, working with you to include your logo.

AUDIO VISUAL SPONSOR $5,000 (only 2 available)

Tuesday, January 24 / Wednesday, January 25 Your company will receive one of the highest levels of recognition as a conference audio visual provider for the day you choose. Each educational session is provided an audio visual package that includes a screen, lectern, and microphone. Your company's logo will be placed on signage in several breakout session rooms and the general session room.

LUNCHEON no longer available

Sponsorship of a luncheon provides special recognition for your company. With this sponsorship you will receive four additional luncheon tickets for non-registered guests, and a representative of your company will be invited to speak during the introductory or concluding remarks. Additionally, your logo will be included on prominently displayed signage in the luncheon room, and you are welcome to provide promotional materials or items on the luncheon tables.

EXHIBIT BOOTH $3,000

Showcase your company's products and services and network with conference attendees within your own 10'x10' display space. The limited exhibit booth area/s will be strategically placed where there will be plenty of foot traffic as attendees mingle between activities or take a coffee break. Each exhibitor will be provided with a six-foot table and table linen.

CLEAR SNAP PORTFOLIOS no longer available

Your company's logo will be printed on the portfolios that all attendees are given with their conference materials. Water for Texas will select, purchase, and produce the portfolios, working with you to include your logo.

MOBILE APP SPONSOR no longer available

Water for Texas will offer attendees the opportunity to download a conference app on their mobile devices to view conference agenda information, create a personalized schedule for the conference, view companies that will be sponsoring, and download available session presentations. Be the first company that attendees see when they use the app by having your company logo displayed at the top of every page. This sponsorship offers premium visibility before, during, and after the conference.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM SPONSOR no longer available

Achieve extraordinary exposure by having your logo appear on the cover of the conference program and your company name on every page. Water for Texas has sole discretion on where the logo will appear in and on the program.

NOTEPAD SPONSOR no longer available

Attendees will want to take notes during the conference, so why not have your logo featured on the notepad given to all attendees at registration? Water for Texas will select, purchase, and produce the notepads, working with you to include your logo.

EDUCATIONAL TRACKS $2,500 (only 2 available)

Science, Technology, and Conservation / Emergency Management and Flood Sponsorship of an educational track enables Water for Texas to provide quality breakout sessions led by industry experts on topics such as science and technology, policy, planning and financing, and emergency management and flood. Sponsors will receive additional acknowledgment on the conference website and in the conference program. Additionally, sponsors will be recognized during introductions of the speakers in sessions within their respective educational tracks.

BREAKFAST SPONSOR no longer available

Help attendees start the day off right with the most important meal of the day! Sponsors may select which breakfast they would like to sponsor on a first-come, first-served basis. If requested, your company will be given a table to set up near the breakfast area that you can use to display products, marketing materials, etc., during the designated breakfast time. Water for Texas will produce signage featuring the sponsor's logo and will display it in the breakfast area.

COFFEE BREAK SPONSOR no longer available

Help provide the opportunity for attendees and exhibitors to rest and refuel by sponsoring one of the days' scheduled coffee and refreshment breaks. This is an opportune time for people to gather and network between activities. If requested, your company will be given a table near the break area that you can use to display products, marketing materials, etc., during the designated break times. Signage featuring the sponsor logos will be placed strategically in the break area.

TECHNOLOGY DEMOS $2,500 (only 1 available)

Wednesday, January 25 Showcase your innovative water product or service and interact with conference participants during a reserved one-hour presentation time.

AWARDS BANQUET TABLE SPONSOR $1,500 (only 6 available)

Sponsor a table at the Tuesday night Awards Banquet and network with the conference attendees! Table sponsors will have their logo printed on a tent card at the table for everyone to see and can also provide promotional items for guests seated at that table. Each Awards Banquet table sponsor has the opportunity to bring two complimentary non-conference attendee guests to sit at your table.

PEN SPONSOR no longer available

To help attendees take notes during the conference, branded pens will be provided at registration, and your company logo will be featured on them alongside the Water for Texas logo. Water for Texas will select, purchase, and produce the pens, working with you to include your logo.

CONFERENCE PACKET INSERT $1,500 (only 2 available)

Be one of the first to welcome Water for Texas attendees by providing a one-page insert in the conference packet. Make the most of this opportunity to invite participants to your sponsored event or demonstration, or to simply share information about your company. Sponsors are responsible for printing and delivering the one-page inserts to Water for Texas organizers by January 6, 2017, in order to be included in the conference packets.
