The Welcome Reception is an opportunity for registered attendees to network and mingle prior to the first day of the conference. Your logo will be printed on all schedules showing the Welcome Reception, as well as on signage displayed during the event. As the exclusive sponsor, you may provide additional signage suitable for display in the reception area. You may also provide a promotional item or material to each attendee, which we can help facilitate.

This reception will serve as a gathering location and networking event for conference attendees and special guests. Your logo will be printed on all schedules showing the Thursday Reception, as well as on signage displayed during the event. As the exclusive sponsor, you may provide additional signage suitable for display in the reception area. Sponsorship of a luncheon keynote session provides special recognition for your company. With this sponsorship, four additional non-registered guests from your company may attend this session, and a representative of your company will be invited to introduce the keynote speaker. Additionally, your logo will be included on prominently displayed signage in the ballroom, and you are welcome to provide promotional materials or items on the luncheon tables.

Sponsorship of a general session provides special recognition for your company. With this sponsorship, three additional non-registered guests from your company may attend this session. Additionally, your logo will be included on prominently displayed signage in the ballroom, and you are welcome to provide promotional materials or items on the attendee tables.
Enrich the Water for Texas experience by sponsoring the Visual Texas display in the TWDB Interactive Room, which is located in a high-traffic area next to the ballroom. Visual Texas provides an immersive Google Earth experience that can transport participants anywhere in the world in seconds. As the exclusive sponsor of the display, your company's logo will be included on signage.
High visibility! Place your company logo on nametag holders that will be worn by all attendees throughout the conference. Water for Texas will select, purchase, and produce the lanyards, working with you to include your logo.

Your company will receive one of the highest levels of recognition as a conference audio visual provider for the day you choose. Each breakout session is provided an audio visual package that includes a screen, lectern, and microphone. Your company's logo will be placed on signage in several breakout session rooms and the ballroom.

Help attendees start the day off right with the most important meal of the day! Water for Texas will produce signage featuring the sponsor's logo and will display it in the breakfast buffet area. If requested, your company will be given a table to set up near the breakfast area that you can use to display products, marketing materials, etc., during the designated breakfast time.

All exhibitors will be strategically placed in the prefunction area of the new Zlotnik Family Ballroom at the AT&T Conference Center, where there will be plenty of foot traffic as attendees mingle between activities and before/after general sessions and meals. Each exhibitor will be provided a 6-foot table and table linen.

Sponsorship of an educational track enables Water for Texas to provide quality breakout sessions led by industry experts. Sponsors will receive additional acknowledgment on the conference website and in the conference program. Additionally, sponsors will be recognized during introductions of the speakers in sessions within their respective educational tracks.

Attendees and exhibitors will be invited to refuel and network during scheduled coffee and refreshment breaks each day. Signage featuring the sponsor logo will be placed strategically in the break area located outside the ballroom. If requested, your company will be given a table near the break area that you can use to display products, marketing materials, etc., during the designated break times.
To help attendees take notes during the conference, branded pens will be provided at registration, and your company logo will be featured on them alongside the Water for Texas logo. Water for Texas will select, purchase, and produce the pens, working with you to include your logo.
Be one of the first to welcome Water for Texas attendees by providing a one-page insert in the conference packet. Make the most of this opportunity to invite participants to your sponsored event during the conference or simply share information about your company. Sponsors are responsible for printing and delivering the one-page inserts to Water for Texas organizers by January 4, 2019, in order to be included in the conference packets.
